We are delighted everyone is excited to get back into the office, and we’re excited to see you!
We ask for your patience and understanding as we transition to a new norm. As you can imagine, many of our patients need to reschedule with us. We will make sure this process is smooth and effortless.
Our office will reach out to you if we haven’t already to reschedule your orthodontic appointment.
We will be implementing all CDC guidelines for infection control, plus some extra steps to reduce aerosolization and keep everyone safe.
COVID-19 Protocols Are Now In Effect
A. Appointment Confirmations
1. Check Email
For appointment confirmation, please check your email. If you need to update your email or phone number, please do so as soon as possible.
2. Wellness Screening
Wellness screenings will be conducted via email or phone with questions related to COVID-19. To keep everyone safe, it is vital you answer the questions honestly.
3. Arrive On-Time
It is essential you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, please notify our office.
B. Prior To Appointment
1. Self Assess
If you or anyone in your house has been sick in the last 14 days, please reschedule your appointment.
2. Brushing Station Closed
Please brush & floss thoroughly before arriving at your appointment.
3. Face Coverings Or Masks Are Now Required
Please have an appropriate face covering or mask before entering our office.
4. Social Distancing In Effect
We are scheduling patients in a manner so no patient is within 8 feet of one another.
C. When You Arrive
1. Text Our Office
Please remain in your vehicle and text us at 512-598-9942 to let us know you’ve arrived. Example text: “John Smith checking in.”
D. When We Are Ready To See You
1. Patients Only
We ask only patients to enter our lobby unaccompanied. Parents, siblings, and friends must wait in the car.
2. Welcoming Committee
A member of our friendly staff will greet patients at the front door.
E. Prior To Your Treatment
Hand sanitizer will be provided to disinfect your hands.
2. Temperature Check
A temperature check will be conducted.
F. Following Your Appointment
1. Exiting The Facility
You will exit the side door of the office.
2. For Those Under 18
For minors, we will call parents to discuss treatment and to schedule your next appointment.
